Data List for file

  1. Requirements for COMMENTS:

    1. add explanations in the header of each columns of the Tea Sales list (see file DataList_forFile[5].xlsx from the attachments below)
    2. color the "flag" of each explanations with different color (different border, etc.)
    3. prepare for printing ONLY the table and the explanations previously created, using the following settings:

    * page size: A4
    * margins: 2 cm each of the fourth basic margins of a page
    * print rows & columns labels in the printed data table
    * print the explanations at the end of the document.

  2. What means to print rows & columns labels in the printed data table? At Page Setup, to check Gridlines to print?

  3. Requirements for Grouping by SUBTOTALS:

    1. create three copies of the initial TeaSales worksheet (see file DataList_forFile[5].xlsx from the attachments below), in a workbook named SobtotalsYourName. Name the copies: Q1, Q2, Q3&Q4.
    2. in Q1 worksheet process the datalist in such a way that easily see the total sales for each county.
    3. in Q2 worksheet process the datalist in such a way that easily see the minimum sales value (in $) for each type of product.
    4. in Q3&Q4 worksheet process the datalist in such a way that easily see:

    o (Q3) how many records (lines) for each type of product was recorded on that list;
    o (Q4) the maximum sales value for each type of product that was recorded on that list (do not remove the Q3 previously created subtotal).
